As 2025 draws to a close, we are taking a moment to celebrate important milestones: the completion of several major projects that have shaped our work over the past years. Rather than looking inward, this reflection is about the journeys, partnerships and shared achievements behind each initiative that reached its conclusion this year.

At Bantani Education, we have had the privilege of contributing to projects that empower educators, learners, youth, entrepreneurs and public servants across Europe and beyond. Each project brought together diverse partners, ideas and communities, united by a commitment to entrepreneurial competences, innovation and positive social change.

What follows is a celebration of the projects that came to an end in 2025, recognising their impact, honouring the collaboration that made them possible, and acknowledging the legacy they leave behind.

Entrepreneuship4all

In 2025, Entrepreneurship4All successfully concluded its EU-funded phase, marking an important milestone for one of our flagship initiatives. The project delivered a comprehensive and inclusive learning platform designed to support entrepreneurs across Europe.

E4All combined learning pathways, immersive VR experiences and dedicated online and live events, making entrepreneurial education both accessible and engaging. Thousands of learners benefited from the platform, and the project’s legacy continues through openly available resources that promote inclusive entrepreneurship, lifelong learning and personal development.

Deep Tech Talent Initiative – Train the Trainer Programme

As part of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative, Bantani Education designed and delivered a dedicated Train-the-Trainer programme for educators. The course aimed to bridge the gap between advanced technologies and education by integrating deep tech, innovation and entrepreneurship into teaching practice.

Through a combination of online sessions and peer-to-peer learning forums, educators explored how to teach topics such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other advanced technologies in an accessible and applied way. The programme supported hundreds of educators, strengthening their confidence and capacity to prepare learners for the rapidly evolving world of deep tech.

EntrePubl: Entrepreneurial and Digital Competences for Public Sector Employees

EntrePubl was a European project focused on strengthening the entrepreneurial and digital competences of public sector employees, while supporting VET trainers and institutions in enabling this transformation. Through an innovative, multilingual training programme aligned with the EntreComp and DigComp frameworks, public servants were empowered to take initiative, solve problems collaboratively and make more effective use of digital tools to improve public services.

The project engaged more than 1,120 users across Europe, including over 820 public servants and 129 VET trainers, and made its training materials available in seven languages. In parallel, VET trainers were supported through dedicated guidance, certification pathways and digital badges, ensuring the long-term integration of entrepreneurial thinking in public sector training.

EntreComp4Transition

EntreComp4Transition addressed one of Europe’s most pressing priorities: the twin green and digital transition. The project developed innovative learning pathways that help educators, learners and organisations understand and build the competences needed for this transformation.

Key outputs included four online learning pathways, AI-based tools for skills gap analysis, digital badges to recognise learning achievements, an international student exchange programme and practical resources for SMEs and education systems. EntreComp4Transition contributed to systemic change by making entrepreneurial, green and digital competences more visible, measurable and actionable.

Greenpreneur Teaching Academy

The Greenpreneur Teaching Academy brought sustainability and entrepreneurship together in a practical and inspiring way. Through online and blended training formats, the project supported educators in integrating green and entrepreneurial competences into their teaching practice.

Built around the Greenpreneur Competence Matrix (drawing on the EntreComp and GreenComp frameworks) the project equipped primary and secondary teachers with concrete methodologies such as design thinking, systems thinking and SDG-based storytelling. By the end of the programme, educators were better prepared to help learners develop solutions to real-world environmental challenges, fostering a mindset of responsibility, creativity and action for a greener future.

EntreComp4Youth

Implemented in Jordan and Palestine, EntreComp4Youth focused on empowering disadvantaged young people through entrepreneurial competences. The project worked closely with local organisations to train master trainers and youth workers, ensuring long-term capacity building within the region.

Over two years of collaboration, the partnership delivered professional training, developed immersive VR learning scenarios, and supported participants in building confidence, creativity and facilitation skills.

What Continues

While these projects formally concluded in 2025, their impact does not end here. The frameworks, tools, platforms and communities developed through each initiative continue to be used, adapted and expanded by educators, institutions, entrepreneurs and policymakers.

For Bantani Education, project closure is not an endpoint but a transition. The knowledge gained, partnerships built and lessons learned inform our ongoing and future work, strengthening our ability to design learning experiences that are relevant, inclusive and future-oriented.

We are proud to have been part of these journeys and grateful to the partners, funders, educators, learners and public institutions who made them possible. As we close these chapters, we do so with a strong sense of achievement and an even stronger commitment to what comes next.

Alongside closing these chapters, we will continue working on the projects that are still underway, while actively building new partnerships and initiatives. These future collaborations will draw directly on the experience, insights and lessons gained throughout this year, allowing us to strengthen our practice and maximise impact across new contexts and communities.

Here’s to the projects completed, the impact created, and the change that continues well beyond 2025.

Away we go!
